Job overview


GLL is looking for a service Manager to work at Kendal Leisure Centre Cumbria.

We're looking for an experienced Service Manager or ambitious and talented Duty Managers who are passionate about the leisure industry.


You will be responsible for the assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the centre, there is no such thing as a typical day, although you will enjoy working to targets, and have a talent for manging and motivating your team.


The role is extremely divers, so you will be well organised and driven to work toward continuous improvement of the centre, its facilities and the service offered to your customers.


We also look for integrity, a can-do attitude, health and safety knowledge, and a customer service focus, combined with relevant professional qualifications such as NPLQ, First Aid, Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant, or equivalent.
