As a Grounds Person, you will enjoy making a difference to every person who uses our Outdoor facilities and you will assist the Head of Grounds in all aspects of grounds maintenance.


The successful applicants will ideally have experience of working in a similar environment and, as a minimum, a Level 2 Horticulture qualification in Green Keeping, Sports Turf Management or equivalent (or the ability to gain the qualification given training).  Candidates must also hold a valid UK driving licence, be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of health and safety and have a flexible approach to working hours.


All pay rates are subject to skills, experience, qualifications, age and location.

Working pattern:
Full time 39 hours per week.

(due to the seasonality of the activity there may be increased working hours in summer / decreased working hours in the winter).



Up to £15,210 per annum
(39 hours a weeks pro rata)
